CWS Coil Winding Specialist 70,000 square foot factory is located in Dong Guan, in Guang Dong, China, approximately 1.5 hours by train from Hong Kong. The full name of the factory registrted in China is called "Lion Electronics Enterprises DG) Ltd, CWS Coil Winding Specialist"

This factory is completely RoHS Compliance and ISO 9001:2000 Registered. We have been audited by all major customers for these compliances.

CWS factory consist of 3 floors. The production is divided into 2 main categories, i.e. high volume low mix and low volume high mix. The low volume high mix is on our high configurable lines for short turn around time.

CWS factory have the following approvals and processes:

• UL/CSA / VDE compliance
• MIL-STD-105D QA
• ISO 9001: 2000 Certified

The special processes these factories have installed consist of Vacuum Varnishing Chambers, High Voltage ( 4500 VDC) Insulation Testing, CNC Winding Machines, 1 to 4 Spinder Winding Machines, Isolex Wire Stripping Machines, Environmental Test Chambers, Turn ratio and Polarity Tester, Baking Ovens, etc.

The factory stocks the following materials for fast deliveries of production orders. Over 100 profiles of Ferrite cores, Iron Powder Cores, MPP cores, over 200 types of bobbins ( Ploybutylene Terephthatate, Phenolic Resins, Nylons), Polyurethane Enameled Copper Wires, Class 105 deg C, Class 155 deg C, and Class 200 deg C insulation wires, Litz Wires, Polyester Tape, Acetate Tape, Vinyl Tapes, Mylar, Kapton tapes, etc.
