Surface Mount Mounting Bobbins and Toroid Mounts

The following is a partial listing and photos of some popular Surface Mount headers for mounting wound inductor, choke, or transformer coils. Please call for dimensions, and otehr features. There are many other types available. CWS uses these and many others in the designs of wound products. Please see Through Holes types for through hole mounts.

These mounts are all UL approved to flammability level of UL 94-V0, and can withstand temperature of up to 400 deg F. The terminals meets MIL STD 1276 with plating thickness of 200 to 400 microns. These mounts are mainly from Lodestone.
