80 Amps to 40 Amps High Flux and MPP based SURFACE MOUNT INDUCTORS

These 80 Amps, 60 Amps, 50 Amps and 30 Amps surface mount high current inductors are the highest current in the industry with this small form factor. These inductors are wound using a flat helix wire on High Flux and MPP (Molypermalloy) cores to achieve minimum core loss and highest efficiency. The saturation flux density of these inductors is over 10000 gauss ( 1000 mT). The windings are CWS proprietary flat coil with 2.4 mm width and insulated with 250 °C kapton material. 50 Amps to 70 Amps Ferrite based SURFACE MOUNT INDUCTORS

These low profile surface mount high current inductors are based on flat helix wires that can handle up to 70 Amps of current. The kapton based wire's insulation is rated at 250 °C. The inductance range is from 0.6 uH to 1.0 uH. The DCR of these high current inductors is from 0.6 to 2.45 milli-ohms. The PQ shaped ferrite cores used are low loss, gapped, manganese zinc with permeability of 2000. The height of these low profile inductor ranges from 0.285" to 0.45". The dimension is 1.1" x 1.2".

These are very low cost RoHS Compliance shielded surface mount inductors. The rated current for these high current inductors is from 0.12 Amps to 35 Amps. The height of these low profile inductors ranges from 1.25 mm (0.05") to 8mm. These inductors are wound on ferrite cores.
