Designed for smallest possible size, lowest cost and highest performance
Use of flat helix winding for minimum winding loss
Flat Top for reliable surface mounting placement
Low Loss Power cores with very high DC bias capability
Made with MPP material with distributed air gaps and low core loss
200 deg C temperature rating on insulation of winding
Hi-Pot : core and windings at 300 Vrms

Maximum current rating: 40 Amperes
DC Resistance : 1.9 milli ohms max.

Insulation material of flat wire: polyimide material. rated at 200 deg C
Winding and core are filled with high temperature epoxy ( 600 deg C rated ) for maximum heat transfer out.
